These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of the website techhubsolutions.me (the “Website”), and TechHubSolutions, having its registered office at 30 N Gould St, STE R Sheridan, WY  82801.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Website.

IMPORTANT: SECTION 12 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. THERE WILL BE NO JUDGE OR JURY, AND APPEAL RIGHTS MAY BE LIMITED.

This Agreement also includes:

• Limitations of liability

• A waiver of class action rights

• Your consent to allow us to contact you via the phone numbers you provide (see Section 5 for details)

All additional policies we adopt or implement from time to time — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy — form an integral part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. While we may notify you of significant changes, we are not obligated to do so in all cases. Continued use of the Website after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days and stop using the Website.

1. TechHubSolutions Services

1.1. How TechHubSolutions Works

TechHubSolutions is an informational and educational platform that connects individuals seeking guidance (the “Customers”) with knowledgeable individuals (the “Experts”). Together, Customers and Experts are referred to as “Users.”

TechHubSolutions solely facilitates communication between Users. We do not provide, sell, or endorse the content or advice given by Experts, nor are we involved in the communication or interaction between Customers and Experts. The platform should not be used for emergency situations (e.g., medical or mental health crises). In such cases, please contact appropriate local emergency services (e.g., in the U.S., call 911).

Some messages (such as greetings or initial prompts before account creation) may be generated by an automated system. However, substantive responses are always provided by real Experts.

1.2. About the Experts

Experts on TechHubSolutions are not employees or agents of the company. They are independent service providers using the platform to share their knowledge. The term “Expert” simply refers to Users who answer questions on the Website and does not guarantee any particular qualification, certification, or level of expertise.

TechHubSolutions does not verify the identity or credentials of all Experts. However, some may be labeled as “verified Experts,” which indicates that we have verified at least one relevant credential (e.g., education, training, or professional experience). This verification depends on the accuracy of information provided by the Experts themselves.

You agree that TechHubSolutions is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, or usefulness of any information provided by Experts. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage that results from reliance on such information.

Experts independently choose which questions to answer and how to respond. They may offer advice or suggestions but will not perform technical or physical repairs.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a response from an Expert or that the response will meet your expectations. TechHubSolutions is not liable for any action or inaction by Experts or for any disputes that may arise between Users.

1.3. Disclaimer Regarding Reliance on Content

Users are solely responsible for the information, materials, ideas, comments, testimonials, or other content they provide in questions, answers, requests, responses, profiles, signatures, qualifications, and any other communications on the website (collectively referred to as “Content”).

TechHubSolutions does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or validity of any Content posted by Users or third parties. Such parties are fully responsible for their contributions. TechHubSolutions disclaims any responsibility for such Content.

While TechHubSolutions does not review, modify, or monitor User Content, it reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, remove, or restrict access to any Content or to suspend or terminate User accounts at its discretion.

Expert responses provided on the website are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional, in-person consultation. No professional-client relationship is formed via the website. Communications lack the safeguards typical of in-person evaluations.

TechHubSolutions shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to reliance on any information or Content posted or transmitted through the website by Users or third parties.

1.4. Disclaimer of Privacy, Confidentiality, or Anonymity of Content

Content shared on the website is not considered private, confidential, or protected under attorney-client, doctor-patient, or other similar privileges. It may be read, collected, and indexed by others, including search engines (e.g., your posts may appear on Google search results).

To safeguard your privacy, use an anonymous username and avoid including personal identity or contact information in your Content.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Eligibility

To create an account on TechHubSolutions, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

2.2. Registration

You may register as either a Customer or an Expert. Registration requires providing a valid email address, username, password, and any other required details. You may also register via social media credentials, where applicable.

2.3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for your account and password security and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify TechHubSolutions immediately in case of unauthorized use.

Users may not create multiple accounts. If your account is suspended or terminated, you may not create another account without express permission.

Accounts may not be shared, sold, rented, or leased without written approval from TechHubSolutions. We reserve the right to use legal and technical means, including IP tracking and contacting ISPs, to prevent unauthorized use.

Users must ensure that their contact and billing information is accurate and current.

3. User Representations and Restrictions

3.1. User Representations

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are bound by these Terms;

• You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction);

• You are not located in a sanctioned country or prohibited from using our services;

• You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement;

• You accept and acknowledge the benefits of using the website;

• You will not engage in any prohibited activities.

3.2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

a) Create multiple accounts;
b) Send chain letters, junk emails, or unsolicited ads;
c) Harass or stalk other Users;
d) Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data;
e) Post copyrighted material without permission;
f) Remove proprietary rights notices;
g) Interfere with the website’s operation or servers;
h) Upload malicious software or viruses;
i) Falsify message headers or source identifiers;
j) Collect contact information for spam or unauthorized advertising;
k) Mirror or frame the website without written consent;
l) Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access source code;
m) Share pornographic or explicit content;
n) Hack, harm, or steal from the website or its Users;
o) Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;

r) Solicit Users for advertising or business without written approval;

x) Cause harm or risk to TechHubSolutions or its service providers;
y) Engage in transactions that may violate the law or regulatory obligations;

Even outside the platform, using information obtained from TechHubSolutions to harass or solicit Users is strictly prohibited.

3.3. Requirements for Content You Post on the Website

You are solely responsible for any content (“Content”) you publish or display on the Website or transmit to other Users. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that you are the creator or otherwise own or control all necessary rights to the Content, including the authority to grant the rights provided under these Terms.

You agree not to post or transmit any material that is objectionable, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially insensitive, illegal, or otherwise violates the rights of others (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy or publicity).

Below are examples of prohibited Content on the Website:

a) Content that is patently abusive or offensive to the community, including promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm toward any group or individual, or encouraging harassment;
b) Content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, obscene, discriminatory, or promotes illegal activity;
c) Content that infringes or violates third-party rights or applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
d) Inflammatory religious statements or misleading religious quotes;
e) Illegal or unauthorized copies of copyrighted works, including pirated software or media, or circumvention of copyright protections;
f) Graphic portrayals of violence, including torture or abuse of people or animals, or content that encourages violence;
g) Content that threatens or promotes terrorism or related activities;
h) Pages requiring passwords or soliciting personal/financial information without authorization;
i) Content exploiting minors under the age of 18 or soliciting their information;
j) Advocacy for commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or non-consensual sexual acts;
k) Instructions for illegal activities such as weapon manufacturing or privacy violations;
l) Commercial activities like advertising, contests, or pyramid schemes without prior written consent from TechHubSolutions;
m) Links or references to illegal or unauthorized goods/services;
n) Pornographic or adult content, including sexual acts or nudity;
o) Images of unaccompanied minors.

TechHubSolutions may, at its sole discretion, restrict or remove any User Content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. Violations may result in content removal, account termination, or legal action.

3.4. TechHubSolutions’ Rights Regarding Violations

To protect our community from prohibited activities, TechHubSolutions may limit the number of messages a User can send in a 24-hour period, as we deem necessary. We may also investigate potential breaches of these Terms and request additional documentation to support such investigations, in line with our Privacy Policy.

If a violation is discovered, TechHubSolutions reserves the right to deactivate your account and pursue legal action, including civil, criminal, or injunctive relief.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. Subscription – TechHubSolutions provides a platform for Customers to connect with subject-matter Experts through chat, email, and message boards. Subscriptions allow Customers to access these features for multiple questions in exchange for a monthly fee (“Subscription”).

Subscription rates may vary by region and include the following tiers:

• $1

• $5

• $10

• $25

• $49

• $99

Prices and currencies may differ based on your location. Always review the payment page carefully before subscribing.

You authorize TechHubSolutions to transmit your payment details to a third-party payment processor. Note that your payment provider may apply additional currency conversion or transaction fees. These are your responsibility and are not covered by TechHubSolutions.

If you do not cancel during the 7-day trial period, you will be charged the full Subscription Fee once the trial ends.

Subscription payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle and automatically renewed every 30 days unless canceled. Recurring charges will apply unless you or TechHubSolutions cancel your Subscription. Charges may occur in one or more transactions.

By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and accept recurring billing and are responsible for all payments until cancellation.

4.2. Fair Use Policy

TechHubSolutions Subscriptions are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the platform for academic cheating or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

TechHubSolutions may cancel your Subscription at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including excessive or abusive usage.

To prevent abuse, Customers with active Subscriptions — and their close family members or household members — may not participate as Experts during the Subscription period.

4.3. Refunds

Refunds are available under certain conditions. If you request a refund within 30 days of registering, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the Subscription Fee, including the trial fee if applicable.

TechHubSolutions may offer special promotions, credits, or pricing to selected Users. These promotional credits remain the property of TechHubSolutions and are not refundable. Unless otherwise stated, such credits expire within 30 days.

TechHubSolutions reserves the right to deny a refund if any Terms have been violated.

California residents: If you cancel within three business days of registration, TechHubSolutions will return all payments made, within ten days of your cancellation notice.

4.4. Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your Subscription, log into your account and go to My Account → Membership → Cancel Subscription, or contact our support team at support@techhubsolutions.me.

You remain responsible for all Subscription Fees through the current billing period. If canceled, your access will continue through the end of your paid term, after which it will terminate without further charges.

TechHubSolutions may cancel your Subscription for non-payment, Terms violations, or any other reason at its sole discretion. If your Subscription is cancelled, you are still responsible for any outstanding charges on your account.

4.5 Special Offers and Communications – By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive promotional communications, including coupons and offers, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You can modify your communication preferences through your TechHubSolutions account settings. 

5 Use of Contacts and Interaction with Customer Service

5.1 Electronic Communication By using the Website, you agree to accept and consent to receiving electronic communications from TechHubSolutions concerning any matters arising from this Agreement and your use of the Website, without limiting other provisions of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy).

All communication via the Website is considered electronic. When you contact us through the Website or other electronic methods such as email, you are engaging in electronic communication with TechHubSolutions.

You consent to receive such communications electronically and agree that these communications, including notices, disclosures, and agreements, carry the same legal force and effect as written communications.

5.2 Telephone Calls and Text Messages TechHubSolutions, along with its agents, representatives, affiliates, or business partners, may communicate with you regarding account operations (including verifications), feature updates, promotions, or other Website-related matters.

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls, SMS/text messages, emails, and push notifications from TechHubSolutions and its partners. These messages may be sent using automated technologies, even if your number is listed on Do-Not-Call registries. Delivery of communications may depend on your service provider, and TechHubSolutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery.

By consenting, you also agree to the use of electronic records. You may revoke your consent by emailing support@techhubsolutions.com with “Revoke Electronic Consent” in the subject. To retain copies of any disclosures, you will need a web-enabled device and either a printer or storage space. You may request a free paper copy or update your contact details by emailing support@techhubsolutions.com.

You confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and agree to notify TechHubSolutions of any changes to your number. Standard messaging or data rates may apply.

You acknowledge that promotional communications are optional and can be opted out at any time, although doing so may impact your use of certain Website features.

We may monitor or record phone calls for quality assurance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.3. Prohibited Conduct Towards Customer Service You agree not to engage in abusive, offensive, threatening, harassing, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate behavior when interacting with TechHubSolutions customer service representatives.

TechHubSolutions reserves the right to terminate your membership for violating this provision.

6.Privacy TechHubSolutions respects your privacy and manages your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submission of any personal data through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy.

7.Suspension or Termination of Membership

7.1. General Grounds for Termination You may terminate your account at any time by notifying support@techhubsolutions.com. Account termination will generally be processed within seven business days. Consultant termination procedures are outlined in the Consultant Agreement.

TechHubSolutions reserves the right to block or terminate your account, cancel your subscription, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time and for any reason, without notice.

“Termination” means permanent deletion of your account and all related data. At your request, we can provide your personal data in a readable format.

“Blocking” refers to temporary or permanent denial of access due to violations of the Terms or for security reasons. TechHubSolutions may also terminate inactive accounts after three months.

7.2. Termination Due to Death or Disability In cases of death or disability, legal representatives may request account termination. “Disability” must be verified in writing by a physician, appointed and paid for by you. If the disability lasts less than six months, TechHubSolutions may extend your account free of charge instead of terminating it.

7.3. IP Address Blocking TechHubSolutions may block certain IP addresses to protect the integrity of the Website. This includes IPs from jurisdictions under UN, OFAC, or EU sanctions.

8.License and Copyright Policy

8.1. Proprietary Rights All materials on TechHubSolutions (excluding user-generated content), including trademarks, graphics, interfaces, code, and designs, are owned by TechHubSolutions or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website, subject to the Terms. This license prohibits resale, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, data mining, or any other unauthorized use.

Any unauthorized use of TechHubSolutions or its materials may violate intellectual property laws and may result in account termination.

8.2. User License You grant TechHubSolutions and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you submit to the Website.

Submitted content, including testimonials or suggestions, is not confidential and may be used without compensation.

8.3. Intellectual Property Infringement TechHubSolutions does not tolerate IP infringement. Upon notification of infringement, we may remove the content and terminate repeat infringer accounts. A repeat infringer is anyone with more than two takedown notices.

8.4. Reporting Infringement If you believe your IP rights have been violated on the Website, submit a Notification of Claimed Infringement to our designated agent, including:

• Your physical/electronic signature;

• Identification of the infringed work(s);

• Description of the infringing material and its location;

• Your contact information;

• A good faith belief statement;

• A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

You are encouraged to consult legal counsel regarding your rights and obligations.

8.6. False Claims TechHubSolutions reserves the right to pursue damages against any party that knowingly submits false infringement claims.
